Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Viscoelastic materials with a double porosity structure
This paper in concerned with the linear theory of materials with memory that possess a double porosity structure. First, the formulation of the initial-boundary-value problem is presented. Then, a uniqueness result is established. The semigroup theory of linear operators is used to prove existence and continuous dependence of solutions.

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

10 Double Bind: On Material Ethics
The chapter champions the neologism ethico-aesthetic in order to underline the inseparability of action and perception. The chapter argues that it is practice and experimentation that actively shape the subject. Until recently the sentient was considered as a mere supplement to the sapient.

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

An Independent Śiva Purāṇa and Śiva’s Reverence to the Man-Lion
This article traces the history of a small independent Śiva Purāṇa that has circulated across South Asia for centuries. Rather than focusing on its theological and narrative content alone, this article also focuses on the text’s material manifestation in

RNA profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles (EVs) from blood samples of men undergoing prostate biopsy identifies transcripts associated with clinically significant prostate cancer. Integrative analysis with public tumor datasets links EV‐derived gene signatures to tumor stage and progression‐free survival, highlighting CASP3, XRCC2, and RIT1 ...

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.
