Mathematical Modeling of the Kinematic Scheme Planetary Mixer Mechanism
Planetary mixer is presented, which uses drive mechanisms for the working bodies of the mortar mass mixture of a construction mortar mixer. The main objective of the study is to create a mathematical model in the mortar mixer mechanism of three different

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Michi‑Drive (U‑Drive) as the Base Drive of Life
This work introduces the Michi‑Drive (U‑Drive), a structural and implementation‑agnosticinformation‑gradient model that defines the fundamental dynamical force driving livingsystems toward the unknown. It formalizes the known/unknown distinction, the BaseDrive, and the algorithmic structure of exploration without relying on psychological constructssuch ...

Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

Leaf metabolites drive the functional composition of the phyllosphere microbiome in tea plants
The phyllosphere microbiome is a complex and dynamic community that influences plant growth and health. However, the mechanisms underlying the functional assembly of the phyllosphere microbiome driven by host metabolites remain largely elusive.

Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

Ascidian Ciona larvae initially show strong clockwise tail twisting, which is largely corrected during development. However, a small residual twist remains. This study shows that organized helical myofibrils in tail muscles mechanically stabilize this residual asymmetry, preventing complete restoration of bilateral symmetry and revealing how embryos ...

NUEVE NOTAS SOBRE EL CONCEPTO DE PULSIÓN EN LA OBRA DE J. LACAN
This paper is intended as an introductory review of the concept of drive in Lacan's work. This notion is central to psychoanalytic theory and clinic; therefore, it is always convenient to recall the novelties introduced by Lacan on this topic.

Biophysical approaches for studying viral entry
Viruses infect all living organisms and have been responsible for major epidemics and pandemics. Their ongoing evolutionary battle with host defenses creates a constant need for improved tools to study viral behavior. Advancing methods to probe viral attachment, fusion, and genome release deepen our understanding of how infections begin and support the
