Abstract Chronic intestinal pseudo‐obstruction (CIPO) is a rare, heterogeneous, and debilitating disorder characterized by profound intestinal dysmotility and severe nutrition challenges. Its presentation resembles that of mechanical bowel obstruction, but CIPO occurs in the absence of luminal obstruction.

Evaluating the efficacy of obturator cryoneurolysis for hip adductor spasticity: An observational, prospective study

Abstract Background Hip adductor spasticity is a common affliction among patients with disorders of the central nervous system. Cryoneurolysis is a novel intervention for spasticity involving the application of extreme cold to a nerve. This induces axonal breakdown, relieving spasticity.

Precision environmental medicine: Integrated multi‐exposure transcriptomics for shared molecular networks in COPD pathogenesis in response to environmental exposure

This integrated systems biology study of 2847 exposure‐related genes identifies a conserved 647‐gene core and CYP1B1 hub across cigarette smoke, ozone, and PM2.5. Three key pathways converge, enabling computational repurposing of 15 drug candidates (e.g., NRF2 activators) for environmentally induced COPD.
