Andreev Bound States at the Interface of Antiferromagnets and d-wave Superconductors
We set up a simple transfer matrix formalism to study the existence of bound states at interfaces and in junctions between antiferromagnets and d-wave superconductors.

Acoustic emission is used here to study melting and solidification of embedded indium particles in the size range of 0.2 to 3 um in diameter and to show that dislocation generation occurs in the aluminum matrix to accommodate a 2.5% volume change.

Vortons in the SO(5) model of high temperature superconductivity
It has been shown that superconducting vortices with antiferromagnetic cores arise within Zhang's SO(5) model of high temperature supercondictivity. Similar phenomena where the symmetry is not restored in the core of the vortex was discussed by Witten in

Half-metallic ferromagnetism with high magnetic moment and high Curie temperature in Co$_2$FeSi
Co$_2$FeSi crystallizes in the ordered L2$_1$ structure as proved by X-ray diffraction and M\"o\ss bauer spectroscopy. The magnetic moment of Co$_2$FeSi was measured to be about $6\mu_B$ at 5K.

Dynamical correlation functions and the quantum Rabi model
We study the quantum Rabi model within the framework of the analytical solution developed in Phys. Rev. Lett. 107,100401 (2011). In particular, through time-dependent correlation functions, we give a quantitative criterion for classifying two regions of ...
