In this study, a MXene‐based V4C3 nanoplatform, VARH, was constructed, which achieved a photothermal conversion efficiency of 44.21% in the NIR‐II window. This platform integrated photothermal therapy, chemodynamic therapy, and thermodynamic therapy with CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated heat shock protein 90 knock‐out technology.

Toxins of Okadaic Acid-Group Increase Malignant Properties in Cells of Colon Cancer
Diarrhetic shellfish poisoning (DSP) is a syndrome caused by the intake of shellfish contaminated with a group of lipophilic and thermostable toxins, which consists of okadaic acid (OA), dinophysistoxin-1 (DTX-1) and dinophysistoxin-2 (DTX-2).

Experimental Basis for the High Oral Toxicity of Dinophysistoxin 1: A Comparative Study of DSP
Okadaic acid (OA) and its analogues, dinophysistoxin 1 (DTX1) and dinophysistoxin 2 (DTX2), are lipophilic and heat-stable marine toxins produced by dinoflagellates, which can accumulate in filter-feeding bivalves.

Is Yessotoxin the Main Phycotoxin in Croatian Waters?
With the aim of investigating whether yessotoxin (YTX) is responsible for diarrhetic shellfish poisoning (DSP) events in Croatian waters, three different methods were combined: a modified mouse bioassay (MBA) that discriminates YTX from other DSP toxins,
