2000 IEEE Sixth International Symposium on Spread Spectrum Techniques and Applications. ISSTA 2000. Proceedings (Cat. No.00TH8536), 2002
The direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) modulation technique has been widely used for a number of years. For point-to-point applications, LETI has proposed the concept of a matched filter receiver able to take into account all the propagation path signals implementing a diversity combining method.

Suppression of Sinusoidal Frequency Modulation Interference in DSSS Systems
Wireless Personal Communications, 2010For the wideband nonstationary sinusoidal frequency modulation (SFM) interference in DSSS systems, the paper proposes a method to estimate partial parameters of the interference, and then an interference suppression algorithm is developed. The performance of the algorithm is analyzed. Simulations show that the algorithm can efficiently suppress the SFM

TecnoAgrico: a new approach for crop scale agricultural DSSs
2019 IEEE International Workshop on Metrology for Agriculture and Forestry (MetroAgriFor), 2019In this work is described the approach used, in the frame of a Rural Development Programme project named TecnoAgrico, to develop the modelling core of a crop-scale multi purposes and multi species agricultural DSS. An innovative mixed System Dynamics/data science methodology and a modular architecture are proposed.

Performance enhancement of DSSS using rabbit Stream cipher
2011 IEEE International Conference on Control System, Computing and Engineering, 2011Over the last 50 years, a class of modulation techniques usually called “Spread Spectrum,” has been developed. This group of modulation techniques is characterized by its wide frequency spectra. The modulated output signals occupy a much greater bandwidth than the signal's baseband information bandwidth.

Performance of a DSSS Superregenerative Receiver in the Presence of Noise and Interference
2006 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems, 2006This paper presents an analysis of the noise and interference immunity of a noncoherent DSSS super-regenerative receiver. The study takes into account the effect of superregeneration, the nonlinearity introduced by the envelope detector and the PN code correlation.

Parameters Blind Estimation for Underwater Acoustic DSSS Signal
2018 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing (ICSPCC), 2018In recent years, with the exploitation of marine resources and the rapid development of marine environmental research, underwater acoustic communication technology has been a hot topic in the communication field. Underwater acoustic signal recognition and parameter estimation therefore have become increasingly attractive.

Depression and Somatic Symptoms Scale (DSSS)
2011The scale was developed as a simultaneous measure of depression and somatic symptoms – two issues that frequently co-occur [1]. Though many preexisting questionnaires for depression contain items relating to somatic complaints, the DSSS is specifically concerned with the relationship between the two.

Driving safety support system: DSSS
Proceedings of the IEEE International Vehicle Electronics Conference (IVEC'99) (Cat. No.99EX257), 2003In order to decrease traffic accidents, we are developing driving safety support systems (DSSS), which prevents traffic accidents by providing information about danger and warning to drivers in advance. For example, when the traffic signals turn amber when approaching the intersection, a driver normally has to judge whether to pass it or stop in a ...
