ABSTRACT Introduction Bipolar disorder (BD) and schizophrenia (SZ) are serious mental illnesses (SMI) with overlapping symptoms but distinct differences in onset and course. Sex differences are an area of growing interest in SMI. This study aims to examine potential interactions between sex and diagnosis across a broad range of variables, to compare ...

Proteomic mapping of Tax complexes in HTLV‐1–infected T‐cells identified IRF4 as a Tax interactor. Chromatin profiling showed Tax reprograms IRF4 occupancy with H3K27ac gains at super‐enhancers; Tax–IRF4 co‐expression altered chromatin accessibility and transcription, and ATL‐associated IRF4 mutants partially phenocopied these changes. ABSTRACT Human T‐

Hcfc1 and Ogt Mediate Zebrafish CNS Regeneration Through Hippo/Yap Signalling
This work identifies Hcfc1 and Ogt as key regulators of zebrafish CNS regeneration through modulation of Hippo/Yap signalling. Loss of Hcfc1 or Ogt activity inhibition impairs regeneration, which is restored by Yap overexpression, revealing a new regulatory axis that enhances CNS regenerative capacity.

ABSTRACT Lung cancer continues to be the leading cause of morbidity and mortality associated with malignancies. Identifying prognostic factors is vital for improving survival outcomes. This study assessed the impact of clinical, demographic, and genetic factors on overall survival (OS) and progression‐free survival (PFS) in patients with non‐small cell
