Temporal Interference Stimulation Enhances Neural Regeneration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 37, 3 July 2026.
Temporal interference (TI) stimulation is proposed as a non‐invasive approach to enhance neural regeneration in the deep brain. Theta‐band TI modulation selectively promotes neural progenitor cell differentiation in vitro and augments hippocampal neurogenesis in amouse model of Alzheimer's disease‐like amyloidosis.

Navigating the Post‐BCMA/GPRC5D Landscape: Efficacy of Selinexor, Bortezomib, and Dexamethasone After Sequential Immunotherapy Failure in Penta‐Refractory Multiple Myeloma—A Multicenter Analysis

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Hematology, Volume 101, Issue 7, Page 1433-1439, July 2026.
ABSTRACT Patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) who are penta‐drug refractory, defined as resistant to two proteasome inhibitors, two immunomodulatory agents, and an anti‐CD38 monoclonal antibody, face a dismal prognosis, particularly after exposure to T‐cell–redirecting therapies.

Artificial intelligence and oral microbiome: Reshaping the diagnostic and therapeutic paradigm of OSCC

open access: yesClinical and Translational Medicine, Volume 16, Issue 7, July 2026.
Schematic overview showing how microbiota‐induced epithelial dysbiosis initiates OSCC pathogenesis; multi‐omics sequencing paired with machine learning modelling constructs predictive biomarkers; the resultant high‐precision prediction tools support early tumour screening, lymph node metastasis risk evaluation and individualised targeted treatment for ...

Integrating Nuclear Magnetic Resonance into Bioprocess Control of Clinical‐Grade Extracellular Vesicle Manufacturing

open access: yesJournal of Extracellular Vesicles, Volume 15, Issue 7, July 2026.
Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) in bioprocess design for the production of extracellular vesicles (EVs). NMR‐metabolomics enables real‐time bioprocess intelligence, bridging biological complexity with GMP rigor and accelerating the clinical translation of EV‐based therapies.

DDX21 Promotes Breast Cancer Growth and Metastasis via Stimulating RNAPII Elongation During Hypoxia

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 7, Issue 7, July 2026.
DDX21 triggers CDK9 release from the 7SK RNP complex. DDX21‐CDK9 binding to HIFs drives transcriptional reprogramming during hypoxia. DDX21 enhances breast cancer progression and metastasis. Elevated DDX21 expression correlates with poor prognosis in breast cancer patients.
