On Dual Hyperbolic Guglielmo Numbers
Journal of Advances in Mathematics and Computer ScienceIn this research, the generalized dual hyperbolic Guglielmo numbers are introduced. Various special cases are explored (including dual hyperbolic triangular numbers, dual hyperbolic triangular-Lucas numbers, dual hyperbolic oblong numbers, and dual hyperbolic pentagonal numbers).

FEBS Letters, EarlyView.In this study, we present the structure of AcrIE8.1, a previously uncharacterized anti‐CRISPR protein that inhibits the type I‐E CRISPR‐Cas system. Through a combination of structural and biochemical analyses, we demonstrate that AcrIE8.1 directly binds to the Cas11 subunit of the Cascade complex to inhibit the CRISPR‐Cas system.

The Import and de‐Quenching Competition (IQ‐compete) assay is a novel method to monitor the import efficiency of different proteins by fluorescence in living yeast cells.
