An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Closing Numbers and Super-Closing Numbers as (Dual)Resolving and (Dual)Coloring alongside (Dual)Dominating in (Neutrosophic)n-SuperHyperGraph

open access: yes, 2022
New setting is introduced to study “closing numbers” and “super-closing numbers” as optimal-super-resolving number, optimal-super-coloring number and optimal-super-dominating number. In this way, some approaches are applied to get some sets from (Neutrosophic)n-SuperHyperGraph and after that, some ideas are applied to get different types of super ...

On a New Generalization of Pell Hybrid Numbers

open access: yesAnnales Mathematicae Silesianae
In this paper, we define and study a new one-parameter generalization of the Pell hybrid numbers. Based on the definition of r-Pell numbers, we define the r-Pell hybrid numbers.

Models for Multiple Attribute Decision-Making with Dual Generalized Single-Valued Neutrosophic Bonferroni Mean Operators

open access: yesAlgorithms, 2018
In this article, we expand the dual generalized weighted BM (DGWBM) and dual generalized weighted geometric Bonferroni mean (DGWGBM) operator with single valued neutrosophic numbers (SVNNs) to propose the dual generalized single-valued neutrosophic ...

Organizing the interface—Plasma membrane architecture and receptor dynamics in virus‐cell interactions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

Dual Ternary Hyperholomorphicity: Cauchy–Pompeiu Formulas, Teodorescu Transforms, and Boundary Limits

open access: yesMathematics
We develop a function theory on a three-dimensional reduced quaternionic model endowed with a projected (and, therefore, non-associative) product, together with its natural dual extension generated by a nilpotent infinitesimal unit. After introducing the

Can Implicit or Explicit Time Processing Impact Numerical Representation? Evidence From a Dual Task Paradigm

open access: yesFrontiers in Psychology, 2020
Whether the human brain processes various types of magnitude, such as numbers and time, through a shared representation or whether there are different representations for each type of magnitude is still debated.

Epigenetic blind spots – the role of DNA methylation dynamics in stem cell‐based models of embryogenesis

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

Three-axes error modeling based on second order dual numbers

open access: yes, 2015
The aim of the paper is to employ the dual numbers in the multi axes machine error modelling in order to apply the algebraic methods in computations.
