COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Unit Dual-Quaternion Parametrisation for Graph SLAM [PDF]
This paper presents a new parameterisation approach for the graph-based SLAM problem utilising unit dual-quaternion. The rigid-body transformation typically consists of the robot position and rotation, and due to the Lie-group nature of the rotation, a ...

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Study on a Twice Transfer Alignment Based on Dual Model
This paper proposes a twice rapid transfer alignment algorithm based on dual models in order to solve the problems such as long convergence time, poor accuracy, and heavy computation burden resulting from the traditional nonlinear error models.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Dual-Quaternions: Theory and Applications in Sound
Sound is a fundamental and rich source of information; playing a key role in many areas from humanities and social sciences through to engineering and mathematics. Sound is more than just data 'signals'. It encapsulates physical, sensorial and emotional, as well as social, cultural and environmental factors.

Vision-Based Relative Navigation Using Dual Quaternion for Spacecraft Proximity Operations
Dual quaternion is the parameter that can describe position and attitude in a unified form. It is extension of dual number and quaternion; so, mathematical and parameter characteristics of those are holding.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Dual Quaternion Synthesis of a Parallel 2-TPR Robot
This paper presents the dual quaternion synthesis methodology for constrained parallel robots. This methodology uses the dual quaternion form of the kinematics of supporting serial chains as design equations. Given a set of goal positions that define the
