Dual-quaternion-based iterative algorithm of the three dimensional coordinate transformation
Nowadays a unit quaternion is widely employed to represent the three-dimensional (3D) rotation matrix and then applied to the 3D similarity coordinate transformation.

This study reveals how the mitochondrial protein Slm35 is regulated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The authors identify stress‐responsive DNA elements and two upstream open reading frames (uORFs) in the 5′ untranslated region of SLM35. One uORF restricts translation, and its mutation increases Slm35 protein levels and mitophagy.

Research on the rigid body pose estimation using dual quaternions
The dual quaternion is the simplest and most effective mathematical tool to describe the translational and rotational motion of a general rigid body. Its computation and updating require screw vector. The relative pose information need to be updated when

Some Results On Quaternion 3-Space
In this paper, the set J′=H(Q₄,Jγ) of 4 by 4 matrices, withentries in a quaternion F-algebra Q, that are symmetric with respect to thecanonical involution Jγ is studied.

Improved time and frequency synchronization for dual‐polarization OFDM systems
This article presents techniques for improved estimation of symbol timing offset (STO) and carrier frequency offset (CFO) for dual‐polarization (DP) orthogonal frequency division multiplex (DP‐OFDM) systems.

Modelling rigid origami with quaternions and dual quaternions
This paper examines the mathematical modelling of rigid origami, a type of origami where all the panels are rigid and can only rotate about crease lines. The rotating vector model is proposed, which establishes the loop-closure conditions among a group of characteristic vectors.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.
