Geometric Engineering of Quantum Field Theories [PDF]
Using the recent advances in our understanding of non-perturbative aspects of type II strings we show how non-trivial exact results for $N=2$ quantum field theories can be reduced to T-dualities of string theory.

We conjecture a new sequence of dualities between Chern-Simons gauge theories simultaneously coupled to fundamental bosons and fermions. These dualities reduce to those proposed by Aharony when the number of bosons or fermions is zero.

Renormalized Field Strength Correlators in SU(N) Gauge Theory and Gauge/String Duality
We use gauge/string duality to analytically evaluate correlation lengths of the renormalized field strength correlators in pure Yang-Mills theories at zero and finite temperature.

Permutations of Massive Vacua [PDF]
We discuss the permutation group G of massive vacua of four-dimensional gauge theories with N=1 supersymmetry that arises upon tracing loops in the space of couplings.

3D TFTs from 4d N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 2 BPS particles
We propose a general strategy to build three-dimensional gauge theories with four supercharges which enjoy a supersymmetry enhancement in the IR. The resulting IR SCFTs admit topological twists with particularly nice properties, as well as boundary ...

Bosonizing three-dimensional quiver gauge theories
We start with the recently conjectured 3d bosonization dualities and gauge global symmetries to generate an infinite sequence of new dualities. These equate theories with non-Abelian product gauge groups and bifundamental matter.

Perturbative Methods for Superconformal Quantum Field Theories in String - Gauge Theory Dualities
This review covers a number of applications of conformal field theory methods for perturbative calculations in N=4 Super Yang-Mills and ABJM theory. After motivating the role of superconformal symmetry for elementary particle physics research, we review some basic facts about conformal symmetry and conformal transformations of fields in a pedagogical ...

Abelian dualities of N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = (0, 4) boundary conditions
We propose dual pairs of N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = (0, 4) half-BPS boundary conditions for 3d N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 4 Abelian gauge theories related to mirror symmetry and S-duality by showing the matching of boundary ’t Hooft anomalies and supersymmetric ...

The moduli spaces of S-fold CFTs
An S-fold has played an important role in constructing supersymmetric field theories with interesting features. It can be viewed as a type of AdS4 solutions of Type IIB string theory where the fields in overlapping patches are glued by elements of SL(2 ...

Mirror theories of 3d N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 2 SQCD
Using a recently proposed duality for U(N ) supersymmetric QCD (SQCD) in three dimensions with monopole superpotential, in this paper we derive the mirror dual description of N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 2 SQCD with unitary gauge group, generalizing the known ...
