Can hydroponic forage affect the chemical and sensory properties of PDO buffalo Mozzarella cheese?
Hydroponic forages offer a sustainable approach that has a positive impact on the composition of the Buffalo Mozzarella cheese for improved nutritional value. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of hydroponic barley forage in the diets of lactating Italian Mediterranean buffaloes on Mozzarella cheese chemical and sensory properties. Thirty‐

We propose a three‐element non‐uniform linear array (NULA) design strategy for OFDM‐based radar on a moving platform, optimizing multi‐channel DPCA processing with the T‐DPCA‐RF filter. Unlike heuristic approaches, our method constrains the DPCA filter response to avoid blind velocity effects within a target velocity range.

Drone Detection With a LTE450‐Based Passive Radar
In this contribution, we present experimental results with a LTE450‐based single‐ and multichannel passive radar for drone detection. To ease the signal processing while achieving a clearer ambiguity‐function, only the reference elements contained in the OFDM symbols are used.

Construction of multiple-rate QC-LDPC codes using hierarchical row-splitting [PDF]
In this letter, we propose an improved method called hierarchical row-splitting with edge variation for designing multiple-rate quasi-cyclic low-density parity-check (QC-LDPC) codes, which constructs lower-rate codes from a high-rate mother code by row ...

Identifikasi Pengaruh Lintasan-Jamak pada DVB-T2 Berdasar Uji Penerimaan Siaran
In many countries, migration from analog to digital in television (TV) broadcasting technology is being in progress. Indonesia has adopted DVB-T2 (Digital Video Broadcasting-Terrestrial Second Generation) as the standard of free-to-air digital TV (DTV ...

Abstract Whipped chickpea aquafaba (WAF) exhibits foaming, emulsifying, and gelling properties, making it a potential ingredient for replacing cream in ice cream formulations. The aim of this study was to use WAF in combination with whey protein isolate (WPI) to produce low‐fat coffee ice cream with 50% (L50) and 80% (L80) milk cream replacement.

Densimetric sorting of olives to control olive oil quality
Densimetric sorting allowed post‐harvest olives to be separated based on density using a solution of water and salt. From the different groups of olives, it was possible to extract respective oils, which were analyzed and exhibited distinct chemical and sensory characteristics, allowing for potential differentiation in production. Abstract Extra virgin
