Stroke‐Like Migraine Attacks After Radiation Therapy (SMART) Syndrome: A Case Report and Review of a Rare Delayed Complication of Cranial Irradiation

ABSTRACT SMART syndrome is a rare, delayed complication of cranial irradiation that can mimic stroke, tumor recurrence, or autoimmune encephalitis. Early recognition based on clinical‐radiologic features is critical to avoid misdiagnosis and unnecessary interventions since conservative management often leads to complete recovery.

Geometric Microstructural Characteristics of White Matter Differentiate Patients With Facial Dyskinesias and Palsy

Patients with facial dyskinesias and palsy show distinct white matter geometric microstructural patterns. Meige's syndrome patients exhibit markedly altered white matter integrity and geometry, while facial palsy patients' white matter features correlate with clinical severity.

Indigenous Management Practices to Reduce Pests and Pathogens of Cash Crops in Agroforestry Systems

The crop with the highest damages was cocoa (63.9% plants affected by black pod disease), followed by Fusarium stem rot was the second highest damage in crops (30.0% of vanilla plants infected). Insecticides and fungicides do not have a significant impact in reducing pest and pathogen infestation.

Pubertal Hormones and the Early Adolescent Female Brain: A Multimodality Brain MRI Study

A multimodal analysis with cross‐validation was employed to examine the associations between pubertal hormones (oestradiol, testosterone, and dehydroepiandrosterone) and brain structure and function in early adolescent females. The findings indicate both unique and overlapping neural correlates of these hormones.
