Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

Optimized Scheduling Under Master-Slave Game Considering Charging Power Segmental Regulation of Electric Vehicles [PDF]
[Objective] Electric vehicles (EVs) and distributed resources are crucial for advancing “dual carbon” targets, with microgrid-based aggregated game scheduling representing one of the effective regulation forms.

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

Time‐restricted feeding (TRF) in mice increased liver fatty acid oxidation and decreased fatty acid biosynthesis. These alterations persisted when TRF was discontinued and the host was infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Pre‐exposure to TRF did not alter tissue (lung and spleen) mycobacterial burden but significantly reduced CD3+ T cells in lungs

Dynamic Charging Optimization for Mobile Charging Stations in Internet of Things
The increasing use of Internet of Things (IoTs) has brought more advantages in supplying power to electric vehicles (EVs). With the help of IoTs, EVs can be charged more easily by mobile charging stations (MCSs) compared with the fixed charging stations (FCSs).
