Photometric and Spectroscopic Studies of Two Early-type Eclipsing Binaries
Using high-precision photometric data from the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite, medium-resolution spectroscopic data from the Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopy Telescope, and long-term eclipse timings, we provide orbital parameters for

This study reveals a unique active site enriched in methionine residues and demonstrates that these residues play a critical role by stabilizing carbocation intermediates through novel sulfur–cation interactions. Structure‐guided mutagenesis further revealed variants with significantly altered product profiles, enhancing pseudopterosin formation. These

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

IRAS 17449+2320: A Possible Binary System with the B[e] Phenomenon and a Strong Magnetic Field
We report the recent results of a long-term spectroscopic and photometric monitoring of IRAS 17449+2320, a member of the least studied group of objects with the B[e] phenomenon called FS CMa-type objects.

Aggressive prostate cancer is associated with pericyte dysfunction
Tumor‐produced TGF‐β drives pericyte dysfunction in prostate cancer. This dysfunction is characterized by downregulation of some canonical pericyte markers (i.e., DES, CSPG4, and ACTA2) while maintaining the expression of others (i.e., PDGFRB, NOTCH3, and RGS5).

ERRFI1, a neural crest (NC)‐associated gene, was upregulated in melanoma and negatively correlated with the expression of melanocytic differentiation markers and the susceptibility of melanoma cells toward BRAF inhibitors (BRAFi). Knocking down ERRFI1 significantly increased the sensitivity of melanoma cells to BRAFi.

Detection of extrachromosomal circular DNA (eccDNA) in plasma samples from EGFR‐mutated non‐small cell lung cancer patients. Plasma was collected before and during treatment with the EGFR‐tyrosine kinase inhibitor osimertinib. Plasma eccDNA was detected in all cancer samples, and the presence of the EGFR gene on eccDNA serves as a potential biomarker ...

Dual targeting of RET and SRC synergizes in RET fusion‐positive cancer cells
Despite the strong activity of selective RET tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), resistance of RET fusion‐positive (RET+) lung cancer and thyroid cancer frequently occurs and is mainly driven by RET‐independent bypass mechanisms. Son et al. show that SRC TKIs significantly inhibit PAK and AKT survival signaling and enhance the efficacy of RET TKIs in ...

The Ejecta Nebula Around the Wolf–Rayet Star WR 71
We present deep H α and [O iii ] images of the ejecta-rich nebulosity associated with the suspected runaway and binary Wolf–Rayet (WR) star WR 71 (HD 143414). In H α emission, the nebula appears as a crescent shaped, broken ring of clumpy emission some ${
