Fucosylation limits ADCC in clinically used anti‐RhD monoclonal antibodies

open access: yesTransfusion, EarlyView.
Abstract Background Haemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn (HDFN) is caused by maternal alloantibodies, often targeting the D antigen on fetal red blood cells. Maternal immunization is preventable with timely administration of anti‐D polyclonal antibodies (pAbs).

中国人G6PD基因EcoRI酶切位点研究

open access: yesZhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1993

Carboxyl‐Terminal Region of the Maturation Protein of RNA Coliphage Qβ Mediates Host Attachment, Virion Formation, and Cell Lysis

open access: yesGenes to Cells, Volume 31, Issue 2, March 2026.
The capsid of the single‐stranded RNA coliphage Qβ has a maturation (A2) protein that penetrates the capsid. The N‐terminal β‐region of A2 is exposed on the surface, and the C‐terminal α‐region is located inside the capsid and binds the genomic RNA. In this study, we showed that Qβ attached to the F‐pilus of the host via A2.

Dual‐Role GH7 Family Proteins From Verticillium dahliae Function as Virulence Factors and Intracellular Effectors Triggering NLR‐Mediated Immunity

open access: yesPlant, Cell &Environment, Volume 49, Issue 3, Page 1491-1504, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Cell wall–degrading enzymes are viewed as extracellular virulence factors. However, their potential to act as immune elicitors and interact with intracellular immune receptors remains poorly defined. Here, we demonstrate that six conserved glycoside hydrolase 7 (GH7) family proteins from the fungal pathogen Verticillium dahliae have dual roles

VDLIN: A Deep Learning‐Based Platform for Methylcobalamin‐Inspired Immunomodulatory Compound Screening

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 7, 3 February 2026.
Using the convolutional neural network model VDLIN, Co7 is identified as a promising therapeutic candidate. Co7 demonstrates distinct advantages over MCB by effectively balancing anti‐inflammatory and immune‐stimulatory functions, making it a potential novel approach for immune modulation.
