This study presents diPaRIS, a deep learning method designed to predict dynamic protein‐ RNA interactions with enhanced accuracy. By integrating RNA structures in vivo through a novel encoding scheme for nucleotide correlations, diPaRIS improves the interpretability of binding motifs and outperforms current state‐of‐the‐art methods across multiple ...

RNA Epigenetics in Cancer: Current Knowledge and Therapeutic Implications
RNA epigenetics regulates cancer through RNA modifications, splicing, transport, and translation. Key components include m⁶A writers, splicing factors, RBPs, and nuclear export machinery. Aberrant RNA metabolism drives tumor progression and immune evasion.

Stress‐inducible phosphoprotein 1 (Sti1/Stip1/Hop) sequesters misfolded proteins during stress
Co‐chaperones are key elements in cellular protein quality control. They cooperate with the major heat shock proteins in folding and preventing the toxic accumulation of misfolded proteins upon exposure to stress. Stress‐inducible phosphoprotein 1 (Sti1/Stip1/Hop) is a major co‐chaperone to both Hsp90 and Hsp70.

Edc3-Upf1 interaction does not promote NMD.
Upf1 mutants that disrupt the Upf1-Edc3 interaction (mutants 3, 18, 23, and 24) or the Upf1-Edc3 and Upf1-Upf2 interaction (mutant 27) were assessed for their role in NMD.

Phase Separation: A New Dimension to Understanding Tumor Biology and Therapy
Liquid–liquid phase separation (LLPS) facilitates the assembly of biomolecular condensates by leveraging weak multivalent interactions. The low‐complexity domains, foldable domains of proteins, and nucleic acids provide multivalent interaction sites among different molecules and contribute to the formation of condensates.

Genome Sequencing should be considered as second‐tier diagnostic tool for patients with 11p15.5‐associated Imprinting Disorders, as it addresses all currently known variant types and shortens the diagnostic odyssey. ABSTRACT To assess the suitability of genome sequencing (GS) as the second step in the diagnostics of patients with the features of 11p15 ...

The EDC3 chronology for the EPICA Dome C ice core
International audienceThe EPICA (European Project for Ice Coring in Antarctica) Dome C drilling in East Antarctica has now been completed to a depth of 3260 m, at only a few meters above bedrock. Here we present the new official EDC3 chronology, which is

Abstract Antarctic ice cores can help determine ice mass loss from the Antarctic Ice Sheet (AIS) during past warm periods. We compile Last Interglacial (LIG) δ18O ${\delta }^{18}O$ measurements from eight Antarctic cores and compare these to new isotope‐enabled LIG simulations, which explore three plausible LIG AIS elevation and extent scenarios.

Prenatal diagnosis of a 15q24.1 microdeletion in a fetus with cerebral and urogenital abnormalities
15q24.1 microdeletion syndrome is a rare condition, rarely diagnosed before birth. We give new insights into prenatal malformations and candidate genes involved in embryogenesis. Such malformations on ultrasound scan, may lead to prenatal genetic testing. Abstract 15q24.1 microdeletion syndrome is a recently described condition often resulting from non‐
