Small, EarlyView.This work presents a versatile strategy for asymmetrically decorating MoS2 flakes using SiO2 microspheres as masking templates. The Janus MoS2 exhibits a 1.9‐fold enhancement in photoluminescence (PL) due to the incorporation of Au nanoparticles (NPs), primarily dominated by B exciton emission, which is attributed to defect‐rich structures.
