Effective diffusion on Riemannian fiber bundles [PDF]
The purpose of this paper is to provide equations to model the evolution of effective diffusion over a Riemannian fiber bundle (under the hypothesis of infinite diffusion rate along compact fibers). These equations are obtained by projecting the diffusion equation onto the base manifold of the fiber bundle.

ABSTRACT Objectives To evaluate the utility of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) biomarkers—matrix metalloproteinase‐9 (MMP‐9), tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases‐1 (TIMP‐1), the MMP‐9/TIMP‐1 ratio, and osteopontin (OPN)—as indicators of blood–brain barrier (BBB) integrity and disease activity in people with relapsing–remitting multiple sclerosis (pwMS ...

Insights Into the Antigenic Repertoire of Unclassified Synaptic Antibodies
ABSTRACT Objective We sought to characterize the sixth most common finding in our neuroimmunological laboratory practice (tissue assay‐observed unclassified neural antibodies [UNAs]), combining protein microarray and phage immunoprecipitation sequencing (PhIP‐Seq). Methods Patient specimens (258; 133 serums; 125 CSF) meeting UNA criteria were profiled;

Characteristics of thin-layer infrared drying of green bean
The effect of infrared (IR) power on drying kinetics, rehydration, and colour of green beans was investigated. The drying experiments were carried out at 83, 104, 125, 146, 167, and 188 W.

Te/Ti effects on JET energy confinement properties [PDF]
Lately the question has been raised if a modification of the energy-confinement scaling law with respect to the electron to ion temperature ratio, Te/Ti, is required. Theoretically, like in e.g.

The McCance Brain Care Score and Mortality: Evidence From a Large‐Scale Population‐Based Cohort
ABSTRACT Objectives This study aimed to examine the relationship between the McCance Brain Care Score (BCS) and mortality in the general population. Methods We conducted a prospective, population‐based cohort study using data from the UK Biobank. Participants with complete data enabling calculation of BCS and full mortality information were included ...

Post‐COVID Fatigue Is Associated With Reduced Cortical Thickness After Hospitalization
ABSTRACT Objective Neuropsychiatric symptoms are among the most prevalent sequelae of COVID‐19, particularly among hospitalized patients. Recent research has identified volumetric brain changes associated with COVID‐19. However, it currently remains poorly understood how brain changes relate to post‐COVID fatigue and cognitive deficits.
