Electric-Field-Mediated In-Sensor Alignment of Antibody’s Orientation to Enhance the Antibody–Antigen Binding for Ultrahigh Sensitivity Sensors [PDF]
Applying an electric-field (E-field) during antibody immobilization aligns the orientation of the antibody on the biosensor surface, thereby enhancing the binding probability between the antibody and antigen and maximizing the sensitivity of the ...

Electric-field and magnetic-field sensors
Analysis of double-loaded loop antennas and their properties has led to the design of new measuring sensors which enable determination of both electric field strength and magnetic field strength. Sensors of the design proposed are applicable to a quasipoint measurement providing independent determination of the electric and magnetic component of the ...

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

We describe detailed protocols for the purification and preparation of Marchantia polymorpha Auxin Response Factor 2 (MpARF2). This protein is fused to an MBP solubility tag and an mNG fluorescent tag and is purified from Escherichia coli. The presented procedures make it possible to study MpARF2 assemblies, which could arise from phase separation ...
