A Charge Pump Without Overstress For Standard Cmos Process With Improved Current Driver Capability

open access: yes, 2015
Many charge pump structures that overcome gate-oxide overstress have been proposed in the last few years. Though they differ in the number of phases and in efficiency, they have almost the same current driver capability.

Physics‐Based Compact Modeling of Advanced 3D Nanoscale Vertical NAND Flash Memory

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
For advanced 3D NAND flash memory, a unified compact model for SPICE is proposed that spans from the intrinsic unit cell to the full string and captures the electrostatic coupling with adjacent inhibit strings. It can successfully predict read behavior, program/erase dynamics, and interactions between neighboring cells, reflecting array‐level behavior ...

Secondary discharge - a potential risk during system level ESD testing

open access: yes, 2022
S.99-105By means of a floating handheld electronic product this work describes the influence of secondary discharge events during system level ESD testing on the failure threshold of the involved electronic circuit. In order to increase the robustness it

Machine‐Learning‐Assisted Onset‐Time Determination in Transient Luminescence Thermometry

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
Artificial neural networks enable autonomous extraction of onset times from transient heating curves in luminescence thermometry. Using Ln3+‐doped upconverting nanoparticles as luminescent thermometers, we combine experimental transients with physically motivated synthetic curves to enhance data diversity and improve generalization.

Capacitive coupled TLP (CC-TLP) and the correlation with the CDM

open access: yes, 2022
S.135-142Capacitive Coupled Transmission Line Pulsing (CC-TLP) has successfully identified a known CDM weakness at the RF inputs of two different 90 nm CMOS RF products. The presented study compares electrical and physical failure signatures for packaged

Rebound Effects in Circular Manufacturing: Overview of Potential Rebound Mechanisms Activated by Circular Strategies Across Key Business Processes

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Circular economy (CE) is increasingly adopted by the manufacturing industry to decouple economic growth from environmental impacts by optimizing resource use and minimizing waste generation. Nevertheless, circular manufacturing often triggers systemic responses that diminish or offset their potential environmental gains, resulting in the so ...

Innovating for Net‐Zero: Collaborative and Digital Decarbonisation Strategies in Sunset Industries' Global Value Chains

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Global net‐zero ambitions require transformative strategies to decarbonise carbon‐intensive global value chains (GVCs). This study examines how multinational enterprises (MNEs) in sunset industries integrate carbon capture technologies (CCT) with operational and supply chain dynamics (OSCD) to advance decarbonisation.
