A defect‐engineered pyrene‐based covalent organic framework (TP‐PYTO‐SA) is developed via strategic salicylaldehyde incorporation. This approach simultaneously enhances hydrophilicity and introduces uranyl coordination sites, while optimized defect density significantly improves charge separation.
