Electron Transport in a Methanofullerene

AbstractThe current–voltage characteristics of methanofullerene [6,6]‐phenyl C61‐butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM)‐based devices are investigated as a function of temperature. The occurrence of space–charge limited current enables a direct determination of the electron mobility.

Transport in metals with electron-electron scattering

The problem of electron-electron scattering is solved using the Boltzmann equation and a special set of basis functions. This basis treats different scattering mechanisms on the same footing. Corrections beyond the level of Matthiessen`s rule are easily generated.
