A Blood‐Brain Barrier‐Penetrant Ag(III) Corrole Compound Rescues Alzheimer's Disease Pathology by Targeting Aβ42‐Induced Oxidative Stress
Advanced Science, EarlyView. The newly designed metallo‐corrole (Mor‐Cor)Ag(III) with a morpholino group exhibited promising therapeutic potential for Alzheimer's disease. It significantly reduces reactive oxygen species (ROS), decreases GFAP expression, increases neurite length, and decreases cell death compared to other similar metallo‐corroles. Abstract

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Prenatal dexamethasone exposure (PDE) persistently upregulates hepatic CYP3A1/CYP2B1 in offspring via glucocorticoid receptor (GR) activation. In vivo and in vitro studies show GR promotes P300/CBP binding to the constitutive androstane receptor (CAR) promoter, sustaining histone acetylation (H3K9/K27ac) and enhancing CYP expression. Advanced Science, EarlyView. This study identifies Pirin (PIR), an iron‐binding protein, as a critical ferroptosis suppressor in colorectal cancer through lipid membrane remodeling. PIR, induced by NRF2 during ferroptotic stress, transcriptionally regulates PLA2G4A to shift cellular lipid composition away from ferroptosis‐permissive polyunsaturated phospholipids.Wei Shi, Yue Qi Ong, Prativa Majee, Esther SM Wong, Amhed Missael Vargas Velazquez, Kerem Fidan, Pierce Kah‐Hoe Chow, Wai Leong Tam, Ker Kan Tan, Iain Beehuat Tan, Vinay Tergaonkar +10 morewiley +1 more sourceIdentification of Lac Dye Components by Electrospray High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Time‐restricted feeding (TRF) exerts protein‐dependent neuroprotective effects in an MPTP‐induced Parkinson's disease model. In casein‐fed mice, TRF improves gut barrier integrity and reduces neuroinflammation, possibly via modulation of Allobaculum and BCAAs.Ting Li, Jian Wu, Sheng‐Yang Zhou, Ming‐An Li, Li‐Ping Zhao, Ao Wang, Yi‐Zhi Song, Wen‐Yan Huang, Lu‐Lu Tan, Chen‐Meng Qiao, Wei‐Jiang Zhao, Chun Cui, Yan‐Qin Shen +12 morewiley +1 more sourceSpatially Resolved Multiomics Reveals Metabolic Remodeling and Autophagy Activation in Adamantinomatous Craniopharyngiomas
