Abstract Background GBA1 encodes the lysosomal enzyme glucocerebrosidase, with key substrates that include glucosylceramide and glucosylsphingosine. The E365K variant is the most common variant in GBA1 that is associated with Parkinson's disease (PD) but is not associated with Gaucher disease.

Quantification of Homopolymer Impurities in Structured Acrylate Copolymers Produced by High‐Temperature Semi‐Batch Radical Polymerization

Isobornyl acrylate macromonomer solutions are synthesized via high‐temperature radical polymerization using a starved‐feed semi‐batch operating policy. Through sequential feeding, the macromonomer solution functions as an addition‐fragmentation agent, facilitating the production of blocky and comb acrylate copolymers.
