Although climate scenarios have predicted an increase in [CO2] and temperature conditions, to date few experiments have focused on the interaction of [CO2] and temperature effects in wheat development.

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Initial growth responses of blackgram (Vigna mungo L. Hepper) under elevated CO2and moisture stress
An attempt was made to understand the interactive effect of the elevated CO2 and moisture stress on germination and initial growth responses of blackgarm (Vigna mungo L. Hepper). Four open top chambers (OTCs) were used for different conditions: irrigated

Effect of elevated CO2 on CH4 emission [PDF]
Global CH4 emission may increase under CO2 enrichment condition, which is projected for the future. CO2 enrichment could affect CH4 emission in two ways: (i) Photosynthesis of plants that also include plants in rice paddies and natural wetlands will be stimulated under CO2 enrichment condition. CH4 emission rate may be increased due to the accumulation

Fossil fuel combustion and deforestation have resulted in a rapid increase in atmospheric [CO2] since the 1950’s, and it will reach about 550 μmol mol−1 in 2050.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

In future elevated CO2 environments, chewing insects are likely to perform less well than at present because of the effects of increased carbon fixation on their host plants.

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Histoplasma capsulatum is a thermally dimorphic fungal pathogen. It causes approximately 500,000 infections annually in the United States. Histoplasma is present as avirulent mycelia in the soil and transforms into pathogenic yeasts at the human body ...
