Extracellular vesicle (EV) lipidomic profiling of plasma and ascites from patients with high‐grade serous ovarian cancer and of ovarian cancer cell lines reveals enrichment of triglycerides (TGs), diacylglycerols (DGs), phosphatidylcholine (PCs), sphingomyelins (SMs), reflecting tumor metabolic reprogramming.

Loss of eIF5A rewires thapsigargin‐mediated endoplasmic reticulum stress responses in multiple myeloma cells by selective translation of mRNA transcripts, consequently dampening thapsigargin‐induced unfolded protein response (UPR) activation and shifting the balance from induction of apoptosis toward cell survival and proliferation.

The use of autologous platelet-rich plasma in embryo culture to obtain high-quality embryos
Transferring high-quality embryos is crucial for in vitro fertilization success, as they lead to better clinical pregnancy and live birth outcomes.

Isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) mutations are highly recurrent in multiple human cancer types, including cholangiocarcinoma and glioma. IDH1 R132C is the most common IDH1 mutation in cholangiocarcinoma and likely arises from APOBEC3A‐ or APOBEC3B‐mediated deamination.

The migration zone after adding a high-quality, low-quality or no embryo.
The migratory response of decidualized H-EnSCs from normally fertile (A–C) and RM women (D–F) was analyzed in absence of a human embryo (A and D), in presence of a high-quality embryo (B and E) or a low-quality embryo (C and F).

We established the avian chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) assay as a scalable in vivo model for studying circulating tumor cells (CTCs). Human gastrointestinal tumors spontaneously released genetically validated CTCs that were detected across multiple platforms, demonstrating that the CAM model provides an accessible tool for investigating early cancer ...

Candidate genes associated with embryo quality.
BackgroundGranulosa cells play an important role in folliculogenesis, however, the role of RNA transcripts of granulosa cells in assessing embryo quality remains unclear.
