ABSTRACT Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is an uncommon, non‐atherosclerotic cause of acute coronary syndrome, typically occurring in young to middle‐aged women. Although most cases resolve spontaneously with conservative therapy, a small proportion develop chronic dissections that require revascularization.

ABSTRACT Extra‐adrenal paragangliomas are rare neuroendocrine tumors that may cause hypertension and reproductive dysfunction in adolescents. We report a 16‐year‐old girl with uncontrolled hypertension and secondary amenorrhea caused by a functional Organ of Zuckerkandl paraganglioma.

Agranulocytosis Associated with Enalapril
An 83-year-old patient developed agranulocytosis following six months of enalapril 10 mg/d. The patient also had received verapamil for three years. Upon discontinuation of both drugs the white blood cell count was rapidly restored.
