End-to-end consensus using end-to-end channels
2006 12th Pacific Rim International Symposium on Dependable Computing (PRDC'06), 2006End-to-end consensus ensures delivery of the same value to the application layer running in distributed processes. Deliveries that have not been acknowledged by the application before a failure are delivered again. End-to-end primitives are important for applications that need to enforce persistency.

Passwords continue to be an important means for users to authenticate themselves to applications, websites, and backend services. However, password theft continues to be a significant issue, due in large part to the significant attack surface for passwords, including the operating system (e.g., key loggers), application (e.g., phishing websites in ...

Importance of Vessel Tension in End-to-End and End-in-End Anastomoses
Journal of Reconstructive Microsurgery, 1987Arterial end-in-end and end-to-end microanastomoses were done experimentally under natural tension and without tension. Intraluminal plastic casts were made at different postoperative time intervals, and the resulting stenosis at the site of anastomosis compared by lumen area measurements.
