CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

Tree and ecosystem responses to four years of in situ CO2 enrichment at the Swiss treeline [PDF]
Following four years of CO2 enrichment (2001-2004) of trees and their understory dwarf heath, and a one-time tree defoliation treatment in the spring of the second year at the Swiss treeline FACE site on Stillberg (Davos, Switzerland), this ...

Investigating transcription factor dynamics in health and disease using FRAP
FRAP analysis of GFP‐tagged transcription factors reveals how molecular mobility and target engagement change in response to drug treatment. By combining live‐cell imaging, quantitative model fitting, and statistical analysis, this approach uncovers transcription factor dynamics linked to disease mechanisms, providing a powerful framework for ...

Skew-Enriched Categories [PDF]
This paper introduces a skew variant of the notion of enriched category, suitable for enrichment over a skew-monoidal category, the main novelty of which is that the elements of the enriched hom-objects need not be in bijection with the morphisms of the underlying category.

Identification of the plant mitochondrial OrfX protein: A mass spectrometry approach
The mitochondrial genome of plants contains an open reading frame, orfx, which encodes a rare protein that has so far escaped mass spectrometric detection. The protein resembles the c‐subunit of bacterial twin‐arginine‐motif‐dependent protein translocases (TatC).

Enrichment-Sensing All-in-One Strategy Integrated in the La(OH)3‑Au@AgNPs Substrate for Rapid Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy Analysis of Purine Components [PDF]
Improving the speediness of complex sample analysis has attracted much research interest in analytical science. In this work, an enrichment-sensing all-in-one strategy was presented for rapid surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) analysis of purine ...

An epithelial GPR35 isoform supports tumor‐associated transcriptional and metabolic phenotypes
GPR35 generates two functionally distinct isoforms with previously unresolved roles. GPR35‐short mediates immune‐cell chemotaxis, while GPR35‐long is enriched in colorectal cancer epithelium, where it supports increased metabolism, proliferation, and tumor‐associated transcriptional programs.

The impact of work-family enrichment on psychological health and subjective wellbeing [PDF]
Magister Commercii (Industrial Psychology) - MCom(IPS)Work and family are the central and salient domains in an individual's life. Juggling work and family life have always been a challenge for many employees and families (Hammer et al., 2005). However,
