Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)
Enzyme immunoassay (EIA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) are both widely used as diagnostic tools in medicine and as quality control measures in many industries. ELISA has been the system of choice when testing soluble antigens and antibodies.

The temporary transition of macrophages from a pro‐inflammatory phenotype of macrophages (M1) to an anti‐inflammatory phenotype of macrophages (M2) is crucial for tissue repair and regeneration processes. Bacterial outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) are utilized as a “trojan horse” for specific M1 macrophage‐targeting and anti‐inflammatory drug delivery ...

Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for rat hepatic triglyceride lipase.
A noncompetitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to measure rat hepatic triglyceride lipase (H-TGL) was developed. Antibodies to rat H-TGL were purified from goat antisera by immunoadsorption on an H-TGL-Sepharose 4B column.

Quantification of Cibenzoline by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay
We have developed an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) suitable for routine monitoring of serum levels of cibenzoline. Anti-cibenzoline antibody was obtained by immunizing rabbits with cibenzoline conjugated with bovine serum albumin using N-(4-maleimidobutyryloxy)succinimide as a heterobifunctional coupling agent. An enzyme marker was prepared

Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay for Detection of Ochratoxin A [PDF]
A simple microtest plate enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was developed for the detection of ochratoxin A at levels as low as 25 pg per assay. The relative cross-reactivities of the antibody in this system with ochratoxin A (OA), OB, OC, and Oα were found to be 1.0, 0.14, 0.44, and 0.01, respectively.

BX‐001N, a polyethylene glycol‐conjugated bilirubin 3α nanoparticle, is the first GMP‐grade, synthetic bilirubin‐based nanomedicine. It effectively attenuates acute renal injury, facilitates subacute renal recovery, and suppresses chronic fibrosis after renal ischemia/reperfusion injury via anti‐oxidant and immune‐modulating activity.
