Enzyme-linked immunosorbent choriomammotropin assay. [PDF]

open access: bronzeClinical Chemistry, 1979
Abstract We have devloped an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for determining choriomammotropin (human placental lactogen) in serum. Unlabeled hormone competes with choriomammotropin-beta-galactosidase conjugate for antibody bound to polystyrene tubes. The entire assay can be performed in 2.5 h with good precision.

Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay and Serologic Responses to Pneumocystis jiroveci [PDF]

open access: yesEmerging Infectious Diseases, 2004
Seroepidemiologic studies of Pneumocystis pneumonia (PCP) in humans have been limited by inadequate reagents. We have developed an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) using three overlapping recombinant fragments of the human Pneumocystis major ...

Enzyme Immunoassay and Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Investigative Dermatology, 2013
inTrOducTiOn Enzyme immunoassay (EIA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) are both widely used as diagnostic tools in medicine and as quality control measures in various industries; they are also used as analytical tools in biomedical research for the detection and quantification of specific antigens or antibodies in a given sample. These two

Study to Evaluate the Role of Inflammatory Biomarker- IL-6 in Obstructive Sleep Apnea in Correlation with Apnea-Hypopnea Index [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Clinical and Diagnostic Research, 2020
Introduction: Many biomarkers are associated with the ApneaHypopnea Index (AHI) in the majority of the studies, but most of the explored approaches were not able to identify definitive biomarkers of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) morbidity.
