Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for urinary albumin at low concentrations
We describe an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for urinary albumin. It requires only commercially available reagents, can detect as little as 16 micrograms of albumin per liter, and analytical recovery ranges from 92 to 116%.

Aflatoxin determination in peanut butter by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay
High specificity, high titre antisera to aflatoxins B1 and G1 have been produced by immunisation of rabbits with a bovine serum albumin-aflatoxin B1 conjugate. The antiserum has been used to set up an indirect, double antibody microtitration plate enzyme-

Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay for Detection of Chitooligosaccharides
In order to detect chitooligosaccharides (COS), an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed. A chitooligosaccharide mixture (COSM) conjugated to bovine serum albumin was used to immunize rabbits to produce an anti-COS polyclonal antibody.

Development of an enzyme‑linked immunosorbent assay for camptothecin
The use of camptothecin and its analogues has increased in clinical settings and in agriculture. Therefore, camptothecins and their derivatives, metabolites and degradation products are frequently found in the environment. Therefore, it is important to develop an ELISA for the quantification of camptothecins in human plasma, plants, animal tissues and ...
