Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for chromogranin A. [PDF]

open access: yesClinical Chemistry, 1989
Abstract This is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for determining chromogranin A (CGA) with use of a monoclonal antibody. CGA was isolated from bovine chromaffin granules. The analytical ELISA procedure for bovine CGA was developed and optimized. Typical standard curves ranged from 500 pg to 500 ng of CGA.

Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for urinary albumin at low concentrations [PDF]

open access: yes, 1987
We describe an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for urinary albumin. It requires only commercially available reagents, can detect as little as 16 micrograms of albumin per liter, and analytical recovery ranges from 92 to 116%.

Lateral-Flow Assay for Rapid Serodiagnosis of Human Leptospirosis [PDF]

open access: yes, 2001
An assay device for the rapid detection of Leptospira-specific immunoglobulin M (IgM) antibodies in human sera is presented. The sensitivity (85.8%) and specificity (93.6%) of the assay compared well (91.9% agreement) with those of an IgM enzyme-linked ...

Aflatoxin determination in peanut butter by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay [PDF]

open access: yes, 1986
High specificity, high titre antisera to aflatoxins B1 and G1 have been produced by immunisation of rabbits with a bovine serum albumin-aflatoxin B1 conjugate. The antiserum has been used to set up an indirect, double antibody microtitration plate enzyme-

Validation of an Indirect Immunofluorescence Assay and Commercial Q Fever Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay for Use in Macropods [PDF]

open access: yes, 2022
Kangaroos are considered to be an important reservoir of Q fever in Australia, although there is limited knowledge on the true prevalence and distribution of coxiellosis in Australian macropod populations.

High-Throughput Microarray-Based Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)

open access: yesBioTechniques, 1999
A new generation biochip is described as capable of supporting high-throughput (HT), multiplexed enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs). These biochips consist of an optically flat, glass plate containing 96 wells formed by an enclosing hydrophobic ...

Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for human plasma apolipoprotein B

open access: yesJournal of Lipid Research, 1987
A noncompetitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) has been developed for measuring total plasma apolipoprotein (apo) B using affinity purified polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies.
