Kesesuaian Hasil Pemeriksaan Antibodi Virus Herpes Simpleks Metode Enzyme-Linked Immunofiltration Assay dengan Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay

open access: yesMajalah Kedokteran Bandung, 2012
Herpes simplex virus (HSV) infections are very common and are caused by HSV type 1 (HSV-1) and HSV type 2 (HSV-2). HSV-1 being mostly associated with orofacial disease, whereas HSV-2 is usually associated with perigenital infection.

Evaluation of Platelet Alloimmunization by Filtration Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay

open access: yesDiagnostics, 2023
The current methods for detecting antiplatelet antibodies are mostly manual and labor-intensive. A convenient and rapid detection method is required for effectively detecting alloimmunization during platelet transfusion.

Single-Molecule enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay detects serum proteins at subfemtomolar concentrations

open access: yesNature Biotechnology, 2010
The ability to detect single protein molecules in blood could accelerate the discovery and use of more sensitive diagnostic biomarkers. To detect low-abundance proteins in blood, we captured them on microscopic beads decorated with specific antibodies ...

Diagnosis of Cylindrocarpon destructans Using Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay

open access: yesResearch in Plant Disease, 2019
Cylindrocarpon destructans causes ginseng root rot and produces radicicol that has an antifungal effect. In this study, we developed a method to detect this fungus using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Secreted proteins of C.

Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for chromogranin A.

open access: yesClinical Chemistry, 1989
Abstract This is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for determining chromogranin A (CGA) with use of a monoclonal antibody. CGA was isolated from bovine chromaffin granules. The analytical ELISA procedure for bovine CGA was developed and optimized. Typical standard curves ranged from 500 pg to 500 ng of CGA.
