Impact of Allergic Contact Dermatitis on Health‐Related Quality of Life: A Cross‐Sectional Case–Control Study in a Spanish Population

Allergic contact dermatitis markedly impairs quality of life (QoL) across symptoms, functioning and emotional domains. Using DLQI, Skindex‐29 and EQ‐5D‐5L, our study demonstrates a substantial multidimensional burden and highlights the need for routine, patient‐centred QoL assessment in clinical management.
