CDK4/6 inhibition promotes CD8+ T cell expansion through tumor‐macrophage crosstalk by activating HIF‐1α and enhancing MIF‐CD44/CD74 signaling. This reprograms TAMs to boost MHC‐I antigen presentation, and CDK4/6 inhibitor‐trained M1 TAM supernatant therapy synergizes with low‐dose PD‐1 blockade to restore antitumor immunity.

Measuring health related quality of life of care home residents, comparison of self-report with staff proxy responses for EQ-5D-5L and HowRu: protocol for assessing proxy reliability in care home outcome testing [PDF]
Introduction Research into interventions to improve health and wellbeing for older people living in care homes is increasingly common. Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) is frequently used as an outcome measure but collecting both self-reported and ...

Improved Systemic Immunochemotherapy Employing an Oxaliplatin‐TLR7/8 Agonist Prodrug Strategy
A platinum(IV) prodrug is developed to systemically deliver the TLR7/8 agonist gardiquimod. Tumor‐targeting is mediated by an albumin‐binding maleimide, which limits premature complex activation. Ox‐Gardi‐Mal accumulates specifically in the tumor, where it activates the immune system.

The Development of the EQ-5D-5L and its Value Sets
AbstractThis chapter introduces the EQ-5D-5L questionnaire and its development by the EuroQol Group. The availability of the EQ-5D-5L, and the growing evidence of its pivotal role as a measurement system, generated a demand for ‘values’ to accompany it that would enable the use of EQ-5D-5L data in the estimation of quality-adjusted life-years (QALYs ...

Exploring The Impact of Adding A Respiratory Dimension to The EQ-5D-5L [PDF]
Objectives. To evaluate the impact of adding a respiratory dimension (a bolt-on dimension) to the EQ-5D-5L health state valuations. Methods. Based on extensive regression and principal component analyses, 2 respiratory bolt-on candidates were formulated: R1, limitations in physical activities due to shortness of breath, and R2, breathing problems ...

Integrated multi‐omic profiling maps the gene‐regulatory landscape of the coelomic mesothelium across heart, lung, and pancreas. A cardiac‐restricted regulatory program is uncovered in which TBX20 activates heart mesothelial (epicardial) cis‐regulatory elements, while MAF emerges as a conserved regulator of mesothelial identity.
