Ultrasmall Platinum Nanoparticles for Radiation‐Enhanced Cancer Therapy
This work proposes a nanomedicine‐based strategy to enhance X‐ray radiotherapy for cancer treatment. Ultrasmall Pt‐NPs exhibit catalase‐like activity that may contribute to modulation of the tumor microenvironment and amplify interactions between radiation and biological matter, leading to increased DNA damage.

Copper–Collagen Interactions Regulate the Mechanical and Invasive Properties of Tumor Spheroids
Ionic copper is investigated as a modulator of tumor spheroid growth and invasiveness in a 3D microfluidic glioblastoma model. Copper exposure alters metabolic activity, cytoskeletal organization, protrusion dynamics, and EMT‐related phenotypes in a dose‐ and timing‐dependent manner, revealing how copper bioavailability shapes tumor aggressiveness ...

Coyote populations are expanding into urban areas, and this study examines how their diet adapts along a gradient from conserved to human‐modified habitats. Mammals dominated the diet at both sites, and there was no significant difference in annual dietary diversity between the conserved and modified areas.

Map of sampling for each species, chloroplast and mitochondrial genome phylogeny. ABSTRACT Hybridization is widespread across diverse groups of organisms, and in some cases, organellar genomes of one species become fixed in another following hybridization and backcrossing, a phenomenon known as organelle capture.

ABSTRACT Crises have the potential to transform social identities and foster collective action, yet little is known about how new identities emerge and how a sense of shared experience (SSE) sustains mobilisation beyond immediate group contexts. The present research investigated these processes among 495 displaced Ukrainians with 107 participants ...

ABSTRACT Persistent infection with High‐Risk Human Papillomavirus (HR‐HPV), particularly HPV‐16, is the main driver of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical cancer (CC). However, HR‐HPV infection alone is insufficient for malignant progression and nutritional cofactors such as Vitamin A deficiency, may influence cervical neoplasia ...

Despite matched clinical characteristics and LVEF, patients with Chagas cardiomyopathy exhibit a significantly higher arrhythmic burden compared to ischemic cardiomyopathy. This electro‐mechanical dissociation highlights the necessity of sudden death risk stratification strategies that extend beyond traditional ejection fraction thresholds.
