Innate Immunity Toll-Like Triad TLR6-1-10 and Its Diversity in Distinct Horse Breeds. [PDF]
The diversity in the TLR6‐1‐10 gene cluster and its possible adaptive value were analysed in three distinct horse breeds. A major TLR6‐1‐10 amino acid haplotype common in all breed groups was identified.
