Impact of G‐CSF on Donor TCR Clonal Diversity and T Cell Function During Donor HSC Mobilisation

open access: yesCell Proliferation, EarlyView.
In this study, we found that G‐CSF mobilisation caused a reduction in TCR clonal diversity and down‐regulation of T‐cell function in donors. This may be one of the reasons for the low incidence of GVHD mediated by G‐CSF after allo‐HSCT. Source: Created in BioRender. Li https://BioRender.com/otownki.

The ETS1-LINC00278 negative feedback loop plays a role in COL4A1/COL4A2 regulation in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.

open access: yesNeoplasma (Bratislava), 2022
The present study aimed to investigate LINC00278 expression in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and its involvement in the process of proliferation, migration, and invasion, providing a rationale for mining potential diagnostic and therapeutic ...

Sphingosine‐1‐Phosphate Promotes FOS Activation in Osteosarcoma Under Tumor Acidosis

open access: yesActa Physiologica, Volume 242, Issue 6, June 2026.
ABSTRACT Aim The tumor microenvironment in solid tumors is characterized by extracellular acidosis, which promotes cancer aggressiveness. In osteosarcoma, the most common primary bone cancer, a highly acidic tumor microenvironment is associated with metastasis and poor prognosis, partly due to metabolic rewiring, including changes in lipid pathways ...

Tumor suppressor p53 inhibits transcriptional activation of invasion gene thromboxane synthase mediated by the proto-oncogenic factor ets-1 [PDF]

open access: yesOncogene, 2003
Cancer formation and progression is a complex process determined by several mechanisms that promote cell growth, invasiveness, neo-angiogenesis, and render neoplastic cells resistant to apoptosis. The tumor suppressor p53 and the proto-oncogenic factor ets-1 are important regulators of such mechanisms.

ETS1 is a genome-wide effector of RAS/ERK signaling in epithelial cells [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
The RAS/ERK pathway is commonly activated in carcinomas and promotes oncogenesis by altering transcriptional programs. However, the array of cis-regulatory elements and trans-acting factors that mediate these transcriptional changes is still unclear. Our

Cis‐regulatory and long noncoding RNA alterations in breast cancer – current insights, biomarker utility, and the critical need for functional validation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, Volume 20, Issue 4, Page 877-893, April 2026.
The noncoding region of the genome plays a key role in regulating gene expression, and mutations within these regions are capable of altering it. Researchers have identified multiple functional noncoding mutations associated with increased cancer risk in the genome of breast cancer patients.

Bushen Zhuanggu Formula promotes bone repair in nontraumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head via regulating PKC-RAS-ERK-ETS1-RANKL signaling axis

open access: yesScience of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Background:. Bushen Zhuanggu Formula (BZF), derived from the classic Yougui Pills, has shown favorable clinical efficacy in treating advanced nontraumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head (NONFH), particularly by promoting bone repair.

LncRNAs: the bridge linking RNA and colorectal cancer. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are transcribed by genomic regions (exceeding 200 nucleotides in length) that do not encode proteins. While the exquisite regulation of lncRNA transcription can provide signals of malignant transformation, lncRNAs control ...

The Homeobox Genes: Classification, Regulation, Biological Functions, and Diseases

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 7, Issue 4, April 2026.
Overview of the homeobox gene superfamily and its pathophysiological roles. The homeobox superfamily comprises several major classes, including ANTP, PRD, TALE, LIM, POU, and others. Among these, the HOX clusters (A–D) play critical roles in embryonic development specifically in conferring cellular identity, regulating morphogenesis, and guiding axial ...
