Asymmetric Event‐Triggered Model Predictive Safety Control for Vehicle Platooning
It is a critical problem to improve safety for vehicle platooning systems. This article mainly discusses two issues that affect the safety of the controller. One issue is the communication safety of the controller.

Event-Triggered Control of Nonlinear Systems With Updating Threshold
In this letter, the problems of event-triggered and self-triggered control of nonlinear systems are addressed. In particular, by exploiting certain stability assumptions for the continuous-time system as well as the Lipschitz properties of the system's ...

Despite frogs avoiding low temperatures, examination of four salamander species revealed that none avoided cold and all possessed cold tolerance. Functional analysis of TRPM8, a cold sensor, showed that all salamander TRPM8s had lost their cold sensitivity.

Dynamic Event-triggered Impulsive Control of Multi-agent Systems
The dynamic event-triggered impulsive control problem is studied for a class of leader-following multi-agent systems under the denial of service attack. Firstly, a series of discrete impulse instants are generated by the designed event-triggered protocol,

Event-Triggered Nonsingular Terminal Sliding-Mode Control
This article studies event-triggered nonsingular terminal sliding-mode control (TSMC) for a class of nonlinear systems. First, a static event-triggering mechanism is implemented in the nonsingular TSMC design.

5‐Aminolevulinic acid combined with ferric ammonium citrate (5‐ALA/FAC) stimulates dermal papilla cell activity and promotes hair follicle growth. The treatment enhances ERK and AKT signaling, increases hair‐inductive gene expression, and restores dermal papilla function suppressed by dihydrotestosterone and oxidative stress, resulting in enhanced hair

Consistent event-triggered methods for linear quadratic control
In this paper, we define two desired consistency properties for event-triggered control: (i) it should result in a better trade-off between average transmission rate and close-dloop performance than traditional periodic control; (ii) it should require no

Systemic dysregulation of apolipoproteins in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis serum
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a fatal disease that damages motor neurons. This study found that people with ALS show significant changes in blood fats and the proteins that carry them. Several apolipoproteins were higher, lipid balances were altered, and normal protein–lipid relationships were disrupted.

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.
