Nonlinear Resonance Modulation in Single‐Crystalline VO2‐Integrated Si Ring Resonator
This work first demonstrates a single‐crystalline VO2–Si hybrid ring resonator. The epitaxial lift‐off process enables high‐quality VO2 integration on the dissimilar Si photonic platform. Vacancy‐Induced Z‐Contrast Anomaly in Self‐Assembled (Ti,V)O2 Heterostructure
This study investigates the unexpectedly high contrast observed in ADF‐STEM imaging of spinodal decomposed (Ti,V)O2 heterostructure. In situ heating, GPA, and EELS analyses reveal that oxygen vacancies accumulate in V‐rich layers due to facilitated vacancy migration along [001]R pathways during phase separation by spontaneous ionic diffusion.
