Cosmetic creams with caprylic acid‐based Natural Eutectic Solvents: Stability, rheology and user perception

By formulating creams with caprylic acid‐based hydrophobic Natural Eutectic Solvents and assessing their stability, rheological behaviour and sensory properties, this study demonstrates how these systems can act as multifunctional, COSMOS‐compliant ingredients that modulate emulsion characteristics without compromising formulation properties.

Penetration enhancement effects of topically applied crosslinked hyaluronic acid

Cross‐linked hyaluronic acid (HA) was demonstrated to enhance the topical delivery of a variety of hydrophilic actives into the skin. This phenomenon was observed for both small molecules and macromolecules, the latter of which was analysed with MALDI mass spectrometry imaging (MALDI‐MSI).

Dupilumab treatment in children aged 6 months to 5 years with severe atopic dermatitis

The results of this French Early Access Program were consistent with those reported in dupilumab randomized clinical trials in children aged 6 months–5 years with moderate‐to‐severe AD. This research offers insights into the practical use of dupilumab in routine clinical practice.
