Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

A New Sufficient Condition for Uniqueness in Continuous Games [PDF]
Consider the class of games in which each player chooses a strategy from a connected subset of the real line. Many oligopoly models fall into this class.

Boundary value problem for r2d2f/dr2+f=f3 (I): existence and uniqueness
We study the equation r2d2f/dr2+f=f3 with the boundary conditions f(1)=0, f(∞)=1, and f(r)>0 for ...

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

On uniqueness and stability of symmetric equilibria in differentiable symmetric games [PDF]
Higher-dimensional symmetric games become of more and more importance for applied micro- and macroeconomic research. Standard approaches to uniqueness of equilibria have the drawback that they are restrictive or not easy to evaluate analytically. In this

On the groundstate of octonionic matrix models in a ball
In this work we examine the existence and uniqueness of the groundstate of a SU(N)×G2 octonionic matrix model on a bounded domain of RN. The existence and uniqueness argument of the groundstate wavefunction follows from the Lax–Milgram theorem ...
