Entropy of Operator-valued Random Variables: A Variational Principle for Large N Matrix Models [PDF]
We show that, in 't Hooft's large N limit, matrix models can be formulated as a classical theory whose equations of motion are the factorized Schwinger--Dyson equations. We discover an action principle for this classical theory.

Explicit Selmer groups for cyclic covers of P^1
For any abelian variety J over a global field k and an isogeny phi: J -> J, the Selmer group Sel^phi(J,k) is a subgroup of the Galois cohomology group H^1(Gal(ksep/k), J[phi]), defined in terms of local data. When J is the Jacobian of a cyclic cover of P^

Psychosocial Outcomes in Patients With Endocrine Tumor Syndromes: A Systematic Review
ABSTRACT Introduction The combination of disease manifestations, the familial burden, and varying penetrance of endocrine tumor syndromes (ETSs) is unique. This review aimed to portray and summarize available data on psychosocial outcomes in patients with ETSs and explore gaps and opportunities for future research and care.

The alternating group explicit (AGE) matrix iterative method
The object of the paper is to introduce a new iterative method in order to use it in large scale computations for solving matrix equations \(Ay=b\), which arise from finite difference approximations to elliptic partial differential equations. The author calls it ``alternating group explicit method'', briefly ``AGE-method''.

Highest Weight Generating Functions for Hilbert Series [PDF]
We develop a new method for representing Hilbert series based on the highest weight Dynkin labels of their underlying symmetry groups. The method draws on plethystic functions and character generating functions along with Weyl integration.
