CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Model Identification and Non-unique Structure [PDF]
Identification is an essential attribute of any model's parameters, so we consider its three aspects of 'uniqueness', 'correspondence to reality' and 'interpretability'.

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...

Extended Reality & Virtual Reality for Return-to-Sports Screening
Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries are common in sports such as soccer, often requiring extensive rehabilitation post-surgery. Return-to-sport (RTS) rehabilitation protocols typically involve clinical and kinematic evaluations to ensure safety. This study investigates the added value of non-immersive (Extended Reality XR) and immersive (Virtual ...

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

The bibliometric analysis of extended reality in surgical training: Global and Chinese perspective
Objectives: The prospect of extended reality (XR) being integrated with surgical training curriculum has attracted scholars. However, there is a lack of bibliometric analysis to help them better understand this field.
