Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

Braun-Le Chatelier principle in dissipative thermodynamics
Braun-Le Chatelier principle is a fundamental result of equilibrium thermodynamics, showing how stable equilibrium states shift when external conditions are varied. The principle follows from convexity of a thermodynamic potential.

An extension of Calderon Transfer Principle
We first prove that the well known transfer principle of A. P. Calder\'on can be extended to the vector-valued setting and then we apply this extension to vector-valued inequalities for the Hardy-Littlewood maximal function to prove the vector-valued ...

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Some Properties of Graded Mean Integration Representation of L-R Type Fuzzy Numbers
[[abstract]]Recently, fuzzy numbers are largely applied on data analysis, artificial intelligence, and decision making. Using extension principle as fuzzy arithmetic principle, the multiplication of fuzzy numbers is a fuzzy number with very complicated ...

Extension of concept, Context Principle and Frege structure
What are mathematical objects? Frege's answer was that they are extensions of concepts. In this paper I will examine Frege's notion of "extension of concept", and thereby reconsider significance of his project, Logicism.

Amino acids sequence of two different proteins with the same sequence (chameleon sequence—black boxes) represent in 3D structure of the proteins different secondary structures: HHHH—helical and BBB—Beta‐structural. The chains folded in water environment adopt different III‐order structures in which the chameleon fragments appear to adopt similar status

An Extension of the Invariance Principle for a Class of Differential Equations with Finite Delay [PDF]
An extension of the uniform invariance principle for ordinary differential equations with finite delay is developed. The uniform invariance principle allows the derivative of the auxiliary scalar function to be positive in some bounded sets of the ...

Systemic dysregulation of apolipoproteins in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis serum
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a fatal disease that damages motor neurons. This study found that people with ALS show significant changes in blood fats and the proteins that carry them. Several apolipoproteins were higher, lipid balances were altered, and normal protein–lipid relationships were disrupted.
