HFNC and BiPAP provide comparable clinical outcomes in acute hypercapnic respiratory failure, with no significant differences in intubation or mortality. BiPAP offers modest improvements in oxygenation and respiratory rate, whereas HFNC enhances patient comfort and reduces device‐related complications.
